This page explains what MiniMax H3 (minimaxh3.lol) does with information when you use the MiniMax H3 AI video generator, sign in, or buy credits. We do not sell your prompts or uploads.
Short version: we process what we need to generate a MiniMax H3 clip, keep your credits, and answer email. Guest clips stay on your device. Signed-in clips stay in your library for about a week.
Who this covers
This policy is for the public MiniMax H3 site at minimaxh3.lol: the generator, your library, pricing, and these legal pages.
Login, credits, and checkout run on Account at account.minimaxh3.lol. That service stores the session and the credit ledger for this product. Payment details are handled by the billing provider Account uses. We do not put a card number on this website.
Information we process
Guest use
You can generate a MiniMax H3 clip without signing in. In that case we may process:
- The prompt you submit
- A reference image you choose to upload
- A daily guest count on this device
- Standard request logs (IP address, browser, time) used to run the site and stop abuse
Guest MiniMax H3 clips are kept in this browser’s local history. They are not your signed-in library.
Signed-in use
If you sign in with Google, Account receives the Google account details needed for a session (usually email, a display name, and an avatar if Google sends one). We use that login to attach MiniMax H3 credits and your library to the same person on this product. We do not create a separate password on minimaxh3.lol.
Prompts and reference images
When you press Generate, the prompt and any uploaded still are sent to Account so the selected model can run. Do not upload material you are not allowed to use, and do not put secrets in the prompt.
Credits and payments
Account tracks how many credits this MiniMax H3 product has and which pack you bought. Checkout happens on Account.
Basic site logs
Servers and the host (Cloudflare) may keep short-lived request metadata for security, uptime, and abuse prevention. We do not run advertising cookies or live chat on this MiniMax H3 site.
Analytics
We use two privacy-minded analytics tools to understand how the site is used and to fix problems:
- Plausible (self-hosted at ff.880009.xyz) counts page views and basic traffic. It does not build an advertising profile of you, and we do not use it to sell prompts, uploads, or clips.
- Microsoft Clarity analyzes how pages render and how people interact — for example clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement — so we can spot broken layouts and confusing steps. Clarity loads after the first screen is ready so it does not slow down the first paint. Whether Clarity sets cookies or stitches a full session together depends on your region, our project settings, and your consent status.
Cookies and local storage
After you sign in, this browser stores an Account token so Generate can send your session. That is a functional login token, not an ad tracker.
Guest history and some UI flags also live in local storage on this device. Clearing them signs you out of this MiniMax H3 site and can drop local clips.

Download anything you want to keep. When the window ends, the library entry and the stored file are removed.
Who else sees a request
A MiniMax H3 generate request has to reach the model behind the option you picked. Account routes that job.
Other processors you may touch:

- The billing provider, if you buy a pack
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and the Account worker
- The model vendor for MiniMax H3 video generation (AutoDL ComfyUI)
- Our self-hosted Plausible instance (ff.880009.xyz), for page-view counts
- Microsoft Clarity, for delayed interaction analytics after the first screen loads
We do not sell your content to third parties for ads. We do not let another product on Account spend the credits you bought here.
What we do not collect on purpose
- A public mailing address or phone number from you, unless you put one in an email
- Advertising profiles
- A separate password for this MiniMax H3 site
- Payment card numbers on minimaxh3.lol
Your choices
- Use the MiniMax H3 free trial without signing in
- Sign in only when you want credits or your library on another device
- Download a clip and treat that file as your copy
- Ask us to look up or close an account by writing from the same Google email
To request deletion of a signed-in library, email support@minimaxh3.lol from that Google address.
Children
This MiniMax H3 service is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International processing
The site and Account run on cloud infrastructure. A request may be processed outside the country you are in. If that is not acceptable, do not use the MiniMax H3 generator.
Changes
We may update this policy when the product changes. The date at the top will change.
